Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
- Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
- Monitor and assess student progress, maintaining accurate records of development.
- Use play-based and experiential learning strategies to enhance engagement.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times.
- Work closely with parents and caregivers to support each child’s learning journey.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities.
